Terms & Conditions
Booking Days: We currently accept bookings on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Driver Role: The driver is not a professional mover. He will help with loading and unloading, but cannot move heavy items alone. Customers must have someone available to assist if needed.
Customer Responsibilities: Items must be ready, packed, and accessible. Stairs, tight spaces, or oversized items must be mentioned during booking.
Deposit & Payment: A $50 deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits may be non‑refundable for same‑day cancellations or no‑shows.
Cancellations: Cancel at least 24 hours before your booking to avoid losing your deposit.
Liability: LoadBudi is not responsible for pre‑existing damage, poorly packed items, or items requiring more than one person to lift.

Privacy Policy
Information Collected: Name, phone, email, pickup/drop‑off addresses, and booking details.How We Use It: To confirm bookings, coordinate with your driver, and provide customer support.
Sharing With Drivers: Only the necessary details (name, addresses, service info) are shared with your assigned driver.
